  • Earl's Court station (7 mins) - served by the District and Piccadilly lines. Take the exit onto Earl's Court Road, then take Hogarth Road or Kenway Road (opposite the station) to reach Cromwell Road. Step-free access is available from Earl's Court station
  • Gloucester Road station (11 mins) - served by the Circle and District Lines. Turn left onto Cromwell Road.
  • High Street Kensington station (10 mins) – served by the Circle and District Lines. Turn left from the tube station, then left down Wright's Lane and continue on to Marloes Road. The hospital is on the left hand side just before Cromwell Road.

  • There is no parking on the hospital grounds, but there are a number of car parks nearby:
    • LCP Parking, Marriott Hotel, 147 Cromwell Road, London, SW5 OTU
    • Copthorne Tara Hotel, Scarsdale Place, Marloes Road, London, W8 5SR

There are parking meters on Marloes Road, London W8 6LA and Lexham Gardens which runs directly behind the hospital and where you can park for up to four hours. Although we are not in the congestion zone, you may have to cross the London congestion charging zone to reach the hospital.

    The entrance to the Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre at The Shard is located on your left after 2 minutes, past the Shangri-La Hotel.

    Patients who intend to use Q-Park will need to PRE-BOOK to receive the 20% discount. Please note that there are no parking facilities available and that St Thomas Street is a drop-off area only. Local parking restrictions apply.

    The Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre is located in within the Congestion Zone. Please visit tfl.gov.uk for more information.

On arrival at the entrance to the car park, take a ticket at the barrier. Before leaving the hospital please pay by cash or card at the payment machines located in the Basement of the hospital. These can be accessed via the lifts and staircases adjacent to main reception.

    There is no patient or public parking at Royal Brompton Hospital other than very limited pickup and drop off area at Sydney Street. There is metered, on-street parking but in central London, street parking is very limited and not guaranteed. This is worth noting if you have an appointment.

    Parking for disabled badge holders

    A small number of disabled parking spaces are available in:

    • Dovehouse Street
    • Dudmaston Mews (these are controlled by the council and not bookable through the Trust)
    • Cale Street
    • Foulis Terrace
    • Sydney Street, in front of the main hospital entrance. These two bays are limited to four hours and cannot be reserved.

All visitors to The London Clinic are entitled to a 15% discount for parking on Cavendish Square.
